My concern is that I am a very honest person, I am truly happy that you took my call, as you made things happen and now my claim has been proceeded, now that is 5 stars from me to you only.

I have had bad experience since I started this claim, been put on hold, calls dropping in my ear and One of your staff members went as far as telling me she needs to run to the “ladies” and she will call back which she never did.

I am very thankful that you got my call, but as for the rest of Discovery, they really need more staff like you. Absolutely amazing service and the only employee at Discovery who has the ***** to follow up and gives feedback. I take my hat off you Justin! Thank you very much for your Assistance and I hope if I have issues that you take my call.
