I have had two claims with Discovery and the second claim was handled by someone who had no courtesy of even informing me of any feedback regarding my claim which just added more stress to the situation thankfully I remembered Justin Dowie who had handled my first claim and I managed to contact him which resulted in me being able to find out more regarding my second claim as well as being able to resolve it.
