Just awesomness

<p>Yesterday afternoon I had the pleasure of dealling with Nayoka in claims (excuse my spelling of her name). As sick as she was she assisted in calling an SP that i was on hold with for 25 minutes getting no assistance at all. She called and made sure that everything was sorted out by the time she was done. Thank you Nayoka I know how much pressure claims is under but you were amazing and an all round rock star</p>
