Just as bad

<p>Turns out Discovery Insure is just as bad as their service providers, I have a claim that was approved and the repair done but I cant get the goods until after the claim is settled in full by Discovery, something that I have never heard of before. Long story short, I cant seem to get the answers from Discovery, today only, I spoke to two different people, one who promised to call the service provider and call me back, which never happened, the other one did call back, and promised to call again after speaking to the service provider, that second call never happened, I guess it was expected. Getting hold of the person in charge of the claim is also not possible, as she is said to be busy on the call each time I call. I am even prepared to pay the full amount to have the goods released but I cant do that unless I first get the go ahead from Discovery in case I pay the service provider and they do the same thing at the same time and now I battle to get my refund.</p>
