Just another gready insurer.

<p>My car was written of in a collusion so now discovery insure want to give me a settlement not even close to the replacement value of the car.</p> <p>In their PLAN GUIDE they state “retail value is the value that the vehicle can generally be bought for, from a recognized member of the motor vehicle trade industry”</p> <p>Now they tell me the prices of cars advertised by the same recognized members of the motor vehicle trade industry that they mention have markups on it.</p> <p>They contradict their own statement, so how do they expect clients to trust them.</p> <p>Then they inform me that the amount is received from TradeUnion so that’s the amount they will pay, but on TradeUnions document it’s stated “The values are not insurance settlement values or replacement prices and should not be treated as such, it is a guide”</p> <p>What does this proof to me about Discovery insure, they have one intention and it is to just make money out of their clients.</p> <p>They do not assist you to come close to the position you were in and they do not care for their clients.</p> <p>Also they were very eager to get my claim settled but now that I informed them that I am not satisfied with the claim settlement, I get no call back or feedback from them as my claim is open for more than a month now.</p> <p>Just proof that when they ask you to join, the service is speedy and excellent but when you need your insurer the speedy and excellent service suddenly disappeared.</p> <p>I am definitely removing my other vehicle still insured,from them.!! </p>
