Fundiswa from the Retention department at Discovery Insure was fantastic! She wasn't able to provide a significant lower rate but her knowledge and patience was excellent. Unfortunately, I might have to change insurance, rates were too high. Checking with my broker again, we shall see. She was showed a geat balance between personalized and professional service!
