Jump start- Discovery Insure

On Tuesday the 5th of January, I called Discovery assist, as I had been staying at my parents during the December break, and had to get back home to attend some meetings, and my car battery had gone completely flat. I spoke to Mpho Phokanoka, in the call centre. He was extremely helpful, being professional and easy to talk to and understand. He took my details, to say that he would book the assistance, which he did and called back to tell me he had and how long the technician was likely to take to get to me. The technician sorted out my vehicle- Mpho then followed up with a courtesy call to check that I had been assisted and if I was happy. I know people would say that he was just doing his job- but his attentiveness and professionalism made me feel like I was getting my money's worth for the service. Well done Mpho, and thank you for taking my stress away!!
