It was a great experience speaking to Jolan Govender who assisted me with my policy query this morning. He had such a positive energy and very understanding of my frustration. He has a sense of urgency because he resolved my issue within a matter of minutes and that right there is what we call efficiency. Keep it up Jolan. You are an absolute star!
