A claim was logged and still no assistance. i called requesting for a manager and i was put on hold for 10 minutes and then BANG!!!! YOU IDIOTS DROPPED THE CALL...

LIKE I WAS SMOOTH talked into coming to you guys and i canceled my insurance for this piece of ****!!!!!... this is nonsense, so i must drive the car with a door that is wide open because you guys cant get someone to come to my house to flippen fix the lock....
