Jobs for Pals, Worst and Most Expensive Insurer

Claims take too long, had an incident, to refurbish and 2 rims and 2 tyres, they gave it to one of their contacts which is +_50 kilometres away from home, whilst there are 100's of autobodys in the Midrand / Centurion areas. Worst and Expensive Insurer, vehicle towed on the 14/11/2018, today 28/11/2018 still not ready and no communication from either until i query. It's ridiculous that it takes 2 weeks to assess and repair 2rims.
