Manasseh Plaatjies (Direct Claims Consultant – General Non-Motor Claims) what a wow!! Generally dealing with insurance claims is a nightmare but this lady and her dedication made everything so seamless. As this was my first claim of such nature, there were multiple hurdles on providing all requirements but her patience and passion gave me hope and desired results at the end.
