I had the privilege of being helped by Joalane Khoaisanyana. Her patience and attention to detail is astounding. She took her time and assisted me as best as she could. After escalating my issue, she promised to she to follow-up on it and i thought that she was lying but to my surprise she followed-up and made sure that I am happy.
