Jan 2017 Insure Cash Back still not paid

<p>Why is it always an issue to get your monthly insure paybacks? January has not yet been paid and it is the 17th already...Decembers was paid on the 9th of Dec already...</p> <p>Why am I still waiting for January and why is it no consequent every month as SAID it will be around the 10th...?</p> <p>Really Discovery...this is not what customer service looks like...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
