Jabulile Shiba was extremely prompt and helpful in arranging for my car to be towed after it had broken down. I received a very quick call back after my initial call. Within 5 minutes, the towing company called me to confirm pickup. Jabulile again called after 10 minutes to ascertain if I had been contacted and if towing arrangements had been made. Jabulile is indeed very diligent and an asset to Discovery Insure! Regards, Wendy Regnani
