Jabulile Shiba - Thanks!

Upon our return from holidy, we discovered our second car's battery was dead from going a long period without being switched on. We immediately phoned Discovery Insure's emergency department and spoke to Jabulile Shiba, who was so kind and informative. After getting the details out of the way, she hung up with a promise to phone me again after she arranged for a service to come and jump start the car. She phoned back in less than 10 minutes with an update, and in less than 30 AA arrived to do the job. She also phoned again afterwards to make sure we were assisted and happy with the service.
