Iviwe Lujiva has the most excellent service!

Just claimed for a lost bracelet that fell off my wrist during an overseas holiday. Iviwe Lujiva in the Claims Department at Sandton assisted and she has blown me off my feet quite literally. She was professional, polite, composed and most of all efficient. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She has redeemed my faith in Discovery Insure and I hope that all of the claim consultants are just as great as she is.
