I've been ********** by Discovery

I've been with this insurance company for more than 3yrs and every-time when its their so called anniversary my premium increases ridiculously. For starters i have never lodged a claim with them for over two years and yet they keep on telling me ridiculous explanations. I have reached a point where I'm now tired and contemplating cancelling my insurance. I've just been on a call with Ntsoaki Motaung, she practically stuck to discoveries rhetoric. I mean my vehicle is over 3yrs old and i'm told depreciation is considered but the value is "small" as per Ntsoaki. Now can discovery please explain why are they increasing my premiums so high if that is the case? I need a proper explanation. Note: Ntsoaki took my policy for review and I hope you not gonna come back to me with "small" results.
