It’s a struggle to even obtain a proof of payment
I need to get a proof of payment for my written off vehicle claim, I have been calling discovery from last week I’ve almost used R1000.00 worth of airtime and no one wants to assist me.

04 Nov 2024, 18:09I am in a province I don’t know, working and looking to get another vehicle, this process is costing me so much money and time, above it all you have made me miss out on vehicles that I could have purchased to make my life easier, in the meantime I had been praising the insurer and even recommended to my loved ones so this is a slap in my face.
