Its a definite NO FROM ME !!!!

I received a call from the call centre offering me car insurance. I was about to go on holiday and told them to call me back in January. they told me they would contact my current insurance company and would get a broker to contact me in the new year, I wake up this morning and my current insurance company has debited my account as well as discovery (which I never gave my permission to do) when I called today I got told they not working today I will have to call back on Monday. This is absolutely UN ACCEPTABLE !!! If I was considering moving over, its a DEFINATE NO FOR ME NOW !!! very unprofessional .....
