It's been so long since I've had great service like this....

<p>From start to finish Roslin Moodely handled my case with such professionalism and care that it didn't even seem like I was dealing with an insurance company at all. She contacted me regularly by both email and phone to ensure that I was happy with the process as we went along. She explained everything concisely and accurately at each step. And of course the bonus is that the claim was approved. the pay-out took a few days longer than the original 48-72 hours but that hardly detracted from her service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks you again Roslin. Great service.</p> <p>Felt good to not have to bend over backwards to get a claim approved through a short term insurance company, like so many colleagues I've chatted to of late.</p>
