It's been a MONTH...and still waiting for my payout?

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried calling my claims administrator at least once a day for the last week, even emailed her early this morning and tried calling her directly...and then tried calling Discovery Insure on ***only to have my call dropped.</p> <p> </p> <p>As per my records. The claim was approved on the 28/11/2016...and yet I have received a cent in payout.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could you resolve this urgently.
