It is a nightmare to stop Discovery Insure

I moved in May 2024 and stopped my Insurance with Discovery Insure. Eversins they deducted my premium every month. I send them emails to stop the insurance and an consultant with Discovery Insure also stop it. And again, they deducted an amount of R780 from my bank account. It is useless to phone, I must pay for a phone thats ringing and ringing. It is also useless to speak to a bot on their website. Maybe I must go to the police and make a complaint of theft against the CEO.
