It didn't stop with the premium jumping!

<p>I had the pleasure of dealing with Tshepo Mokhoabana from the Discovery Insure servicing team on Monday afternoon when I phoned in to add my new laptop to my insurance policy. Whilst adding the laptop, Tshepo noticed that my total premium had increased by more than just the cost of the laptop premium, so he undertook to have the matter investigated. He assured me that my laptop would be covered, and that he would follow up with me within 48 hours, once he heard back from his technical team about the premium issue, before processing the pro-rata premium.<br /><br />AND GUESS WHAT?? HE ACTUALLY FOLLOWED UP WITH ME!!!! This kind of service doesn't happen nearly enough in South Africa: Tshepo just phoned me to confirm that the issue with my premium had been rectified - within the 48 hours, like he promised.<br /><br />Thank you jumping to help when my premium jumped, and thank you for dazzling this client with your great service, Tshepo!</p>
