*** is useless - Fire her

I requested an online quote using your your AI tool. Instead of giving me an ONLINE QUOTE I got a message that someone will call me.

Next morning a very rude call center piece of **** calls me at 8am because that's when his shift start so I must just shut up and take his calls (lovely attitude, no wonder this country has such a high number of **** cases).

I get another call later on from someone who tells me there's a quote in the system. I tell her to EMAIL IT TO ME!!! does this ***** do it? No, she sends me a text with her contact email saying she couldn't reach me. I email her last week asking for my quote. Does she send it? Of course not. Two weeks later still waiting for my supposedly instant ****ing quote from Discovery.
