Is there an honest Insurance Company in SA?

A few years back I was insured by Discovery and found their reasons for giving back were becoming too ridiculous to adhere to. Well, I left and tried a few other insurers, but was disappointed again and again. Earlier this year I decided to give Discovery another chance because the sales person tried to convince me they were better and I should think of the Cash back on my fuels Spent as that was an added incentive.

I tried it for about 6 months but was definitely waiting for the other shoe to drop, and it did.

Discovery is penalizing me for “Cellphone use” how they figure that I have no idea as it is hands free and works through the radio, I phoned them and asked why this was noted on my monthly statement and was told I should try and move because it was not indicating it on their app, the more I tried to explain I have no way of moving anything as the systems works through my car radio, the more this lady is telling me to move the hands free system. Well, I knew it was too good to be true, Discovery comes up with the most idiotic ways to not pay what they so boldly promise all their clients.

Does anyone know which insurance company keeps their promises? I have yet to meet them as I have tried most of them and they all fall short.
