Is the Promo real?

I'm currently banking with Discovery. Why using my banking app I saw a promotion of doing a quotation and get 1500Discovery miles. I did the quotation. The agent promised to call back yet no call came through. I'm wondering since I'm no longer interested in taking the policy do I still qualify for the miles. And when will they be loaded.

Thank you again for reaching out to us about not receiving the Miles for completing the Insure quote. Our team have confirmed that since you completed your quote on 12 February, you will be receiving your Miles by 13 March. This is in line with the terms and conditions of the promotion stating that the Miles will be awarded by the 13th of the following month, after the quote was completed.
