Is it difficult to understand what does a SETTLEMENT STATEMENT means?
I am not sure if its difficult to understand the meaning of "Settlement Statement". I have been asking for this for more than a month now and got a list of transactions of premium as a snipped. Firstly discovery decides to audit a claim from 2 years back and decides to cancel my policy and when I ask for settlement statement, nothing. Seriously. #policy -- ***

I would appreciate if you can kindly assist with the settlement statement of my account. You have cancelled my policy effective 18th of October 2022 on 17th of January 2025 leaving me hanging without any insurance on my house hold and cars.

I am looking for something which says Your policy is cancelled effective DD/MM/YYYY You paid the premiums since that day till Jan 2025 = X amount Your claim value during this time is – XX amount. You have XX Rands in your excess funder account. = in total you have transferred you XX ZAR as part of full and final settlement. Can you give me that?
