Is everyone dodging me at Discovery

I logged a claim in April which was rejected, I disputed this and still Discovery has not come back to me. <br> <br> I call and all the managers responsible for my claim are either on a call, not in or not answering their phones. <br> <br> They said that they referred my dispute to servicing department a month ago and till today, no one can tell me what is happening. <br> <br> It would help if someone, anyone got back to my emails, answered my calls and stop giving the agents messages to give back to me because they can not answer my questions. <br> <br> And I am only posting here because I complained and was sent a reference number and no one from complaints department contacted me, I called yesterday and was told the complaint did not appear on the system...<br> <br> CAN SOMEONE, ANYONE ATTEND TO MY CLAIM PLEEEASE
