Intruding agents

Good day.This review is for the agents or people that recruits for discovery home and car insurance unfortunately cannot recall the name of the agent but they called me today with this number +27 (31) *** to offer insurance , I gave them good 30 minutes on my time but now when I ask them to send me the qoutation so I can have a review on it before I can actually take the insurance they tell me that I cannot say no to the insurance with so much special,okay he then goes on like I will transfer you to my manager to process the insurance…and im like i did not agree to taking the insurance I still need time to think about it..the next second im on the call with the line manager he is telling me that he is just processing my things and my insurance will start on the 15 november and I was still trying to explain to the manager now that I did not agree to this…he did not listen instead told me he is done processing and will trasfer my call back to the agent I was talking to at this moment I was so irritated and hanged up.I found that so rude,what kind of recruiting is that?it got me wondering if this is the same attitude I will get if I actually get the insurance.
