I am so impressed with the immediate assistance I received from Simonson Ralebitso this afternoon when my car would not start, due to a flat battery. His professionalism, friendliness and patience were so extraordinary, more especially during this tough time of lockdown #30in30, where one has to keep on checking and start the car which is something I completely forget. He went out of his way and made sure that I do get assistance as tow companies nearby were a bit busy, he kept a constant update up until the problem was sorted.
