I have not received feedback on a complaint raised with regards to repairs that was done on my car by one your service providers (Newco Autospray). I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the repairs done on my vehicle (Claim No. ***) by Newco Autospray around mid-October 2023. While I initially accepted the repairs as complete, a subsequent incident has revealed significant issues with the quality of workmanship.

I scratched my car against a pillar on the same side that was previously repaired. Upon inspection, a large chunk of paint and poly filler peeled off, exposing poor repair work. Additionally, I had noticed earlier that the stone chip sticker was not replaced during the repair, which further points to incomplete work and theft of the stone chip sticker.

I have attached an images of the damage, which clearly shows the extent of the poor workmanship. This is highly disappointing as I trusted Discovery and its approved repair partner to deliver quality and lasting repairs.

As one of the solutions to the issues I requested assessment of the substandard repairs done by Newco Autospray and arranging replacement of my stone chip sticker.

I was provided with a reference and no one ever reached out to me regarding this matter. I will however be escalating this matter.
