INSURE WHAT DOES NOT MATTER
No SLA attached to their query being sent from pilar to post and my query even today is not yet resolved having to explain myself to every personnel that I have been transferred to. Them not updating my number as per my request and their outsourced services being calling me on the number that I have lost the phone and that claim is not yet settled a month later yet called insurer of choice with peace of mind.
The service has brought strain on my mental state.
