Insure app cheating me of my rightful points and status

It's me again, seems the only way to get a response is to write on this platform, cause otherwise no emails are responded to, the chat team don't do as asked or say they logged calls but you never hear from nobody... Insure depot is the only department in the entire discovery that gives me a headache. I do my part, I'm a good driver. Can u do your part too and fix your app, it is malfunctioning!! On the week of 28 Oct to 3Nov..it was a Wed morning that u send me a tow truck to fetch my car, while the car is on the truck u deducted 20points for uncovered trip, I told u about it and u said you put back the 20 points on my driving points, as of 20 November u still didn't do it!!

As of 20th Nov, I'm still on bronze driving status, that is impossible, by this time of the month I'm on Gold getting to diamond or already on diamond, I'm a diamond driver so don't test me pls, my record speaks fir itself,.. So I speak to Tsholofelo on your watsapp chat, who tells me 'this is a known problem and it will be rectified by 1st Dec!!... A known problem? So who did u tell about this problem cause nobody has communication from you that we are stuck on bronze this month,?? I fact others don't have this problem, so if it's a known problem did u another telling us or u hope we are not monitoring and we can just think we failed to make it to diamond?.. Def not me cause I'm a diamond driver, but you are doing everything u can to sabotage me from getting to diamond.. Unacceptable

On Sunday the 19th Nov. You had me with uncovered trips of 13km just before 4pm,and I told Tsholo that is incorrect cause firstly I was at home with car parked, and Secondly even if I was driving how possible is it that I can drive 13km in 3min?/15:47-16:00..who can drive 13km in this short time??... I was at home, not driving, but you took 10points for uncovered trip... To proof your app is not working right.. The trip of 10:17-10:26 is not 0km..its a trip of 4km or so I was going to church so he do you have it as zero?... I want back my 10 points that you deducted for uncovered trip on Sunday the 19th...on Sunday you have my day all wrong... Just look at it and you can see a mess... Tsholofelo said she put back the 10points to my driving points but I don't believe it because still the points of the tow truck were not put back yet.

It is the 21st Nov 2023..i can never be on bronze drive status... Never...

Pleasr rectify your app.. Put me on the correct t drive status.... Bring back my drive points that u deducted, 10 points on Sunday the 19th, 20 points in the beginning of the month while car was towed, fixed the current drive points. So that I'm on the correct drive status, the month us ending I can never be in bronze at this time if the month.... I am a diamond driver.. Instead of being proud of me and my achievements you are sabotaging me every chance you get... Noooo

On the Wednesday trips, for week 11-17 Nov, I've mild braking and 4 points taken, I agree to this one, I've told u before I do know when and where I had an incident when I've one and I can even tell you what happened, and a braking incident is the only one I ever do(but I know the ones that happened so u can never rob me either on this one cause I'm aware when it happens and the reasons it happened)

Don't cheat me please... Do the right thing, bring back all my points for uncovered trips, and fix my current drive status, fix your app

Also it is like a mystery game, if you ask for the manager or anyone to escalate to, they can't give you that but they can't help you either, you send emails nobody responds, so I will just post here cause what else must I do.. I don't like doing this but if I have no other choice what should happen!... I don't wrote about any other depth of discovery (at least nit yet, so far they don't give me grief to bring me here, but I sure I'm not even a year with you but I'm losing my mind)

On the week of 4-10 November on a Monday you took 4 points from me for mild phone motion... Even here I can safely tell you it's not true, my phone never moves not even touched during driving, it is secured firmly and flat, so that it doesn't even move... But hey we just get it and we are not owed to complain
