Insure annual increases

My insurance premiums increased annually which I expect, however I believe my increase was extreme going from R5385 and is now R6040 an increase of R655 in excess of 12% with no claims in the year in question. I called the insure call centre prior to contacting my broker and the agent advised the system doesn’t show any discounts for me (way to go on the human approach when the system determines customer service, that’s going work out well for you), later I contacted my broker to address this and he basically got the same one liner that the system shows no discounts. I demand a satisfactory response explaining why I should fit the bill for your poor planning ie load shedding impact and poor risk analysis, as these are the causes that drive up the cost of insurance. For R72k a year I deserve a better answer than the system said so. Wake up Insure!!! Anton and team you can do better than this! This as far as I am concerned is financial profiling and financial ************** to increase the premiums of certain groups so you can minimise the cost for a previously uninsurable market. As the only other alternative is Insure is on the brink of bankruptcy which I doubt. P.S. I took my insurance policy schedule to Outsurance to see if I was being unreasonable and like for like nearly R1800 pm cheaper. As mentioned above I want proper answers.
