***** INSURE ACT R150 DEBIT

I recently joined Discovery insure for car insurance. Yesterday I got a ***** transaction debited - called Insure Act (R150) from my account along with the normal debit from the car insurance. This adds to 2 debit fees. I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS TRANSACTION - NOTHING WAS SAID IN THE LOOOONG INTRODUCTION PACKAGE. I sent 2 emails regarding this, and still no response.
