Insure

I upgraded my cellphone contract last week. I reconnected my sensor to my new phone but it didnt record my trips at all. When I spoke to Discovery today, they said that my new android smartphone is not campattable with Insure. It is a Huawei P20 Pro. So now I can't use my app at all. This was never declared as to which phones are not campattable. This is a very urgent and actually unacceptable matter for me. I will probably be changing my insurance asap. And I will be spreading the word on social media to warn other people not to get caught in the same trap.
