Insure 24 Roadside assist

This morning I drove my car out of my driveway and noticed fuel all over the driveway. I got out of my car and realized my fuel pipe was broken and fuel was gushing out. I am a single woman and was panicked and dont have anyone close by to call to assist. I called Discovery insure and got through to Paul Weber. He was so calming and helpful. He told me what was going to happen next and to not drive my car incase of further damage. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes after talking to the tow company and he in fact called me back within 5 minutes. The entire process was so quick and he was so understanding that i was on my own and worried. He calmed me down and i could have not asked for a better person to speak to. He is a real asset to the company and compassionate to the clients. Thank you Paul Weber. Your assistance is appreciated. Paul kept me in the loop with follow up calls, i am totally blown away by this. Thank you again and keep up the good work.
