Insure 24 Hour - Home assist
This was the first time I made use of the 24 hour home assist benefit covered within my Discovery Insure Policy and it was such a breeze. We had an emergency plumbing situation and Discovery covered the plumbers call out fee and first hours' labour. It was a Friday afternoon after 17:00 and even this did not prohibit Discovery and RMS to sort the problem out within an hour and a half. Thank you Teddy Lerumo and RMS.
