Insure 24 Alarm Response/Roadside Assist

i had the most phenomenal support by Fezzy Ndumela on MOnday the 12th August. My car broke down with very little warning on the side of the N3 on a corner a few kms from Howick. i made a call to discovery and Fezzy was so helpful and so caring . It was my daughter and I on our own and she was very concerned about our safety on the road. She was told there were no tow trucks available in the area but managed to convince a company in Mooi River to drop the job they were on to come and help us. She continued to call me to check and see how we were coping while waiting for the tow truck to arrive (took about an hour) and she continued to call thereafter to make sure i had arrived safely at my destination. i was so impressed with her efficiency and how much she wanted to make a difference and how much she cared. She gave outstanding service.
