Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist - Good experience with Dean Gounden

Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist - We had a dead battery and called the 24h helpline, and got Dean Gounden. He was very efficient, he explained what was going to happen, told us an estimate time for roadside assistance, called again to tell us a more accurate time for roadside assistance, and even called back after to check if the help had been sent during that time frame. We were very impressed! Thanks Dean!
