Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist

I recently had a problem with my car battery that had gone flat several times due to the COVID-19 inactivity, I called Discovery Insure for road side assistance. I spoke to a consultant called Jade Matjeke, and told her about my predicament- she was very courteous and efficient, and organised for a technician to come and jump start my vehicle, and test the battery, all of this happened on a Sunday, but this was seemingly no trouble. I was sorted within an hour of my calling her. She called back to confirm the technician had got to me, and again later to make sure I was properly assisted. Such service is very difficult to find these days- thank you so much Jade!
