Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist

Tonight I had a breakdown with my 8 year old son with me in the car. We immediately contacted Discover and dealt with the friendliest lady called Moloko Mathabathe. She immediately wanted to know if we are in a safe area because she could hear my son in the background. After we established that we were both fine she arranged with Mukololo Road assist pty Ltd to come and assist us. Within minutes, Joe arrived and in the friendliest way possible loaded my Jeep on the truck and helped me to get home safely. What a great experience from a horrible situation. Thank you so much for the friendliness, quick response time and professional assistance.Moloko even phoned afterwards to make sure we all got home safe. You guys were amazing tonight!!!!!
