I haven't received such a great customer service in a very long time. It is not the company that makes its customer's happy but having staff members like "Moloko Mathabathe" truly take companies to great levels that they desire.

It is so assuring to know that you are not just insured but you are with a company that truly "values life" of its customers. Moloko I wish I had more words to thank you, I hope that you will at least imagine the greatness I feel just because of you.

I was desperate on the side of the road, and you just came outstanding, calling every minute to find if we are ok, updating how far the tow truck is, ensuring the tow truck arrives in an instant, the whole experience was just woow.
