Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road Assist

Consultant Moloko Mathabathe I called into Roadside Assist last night (Friday) to request ambulance and towing for my son-in-law who had been edged off the road by a truck and rolled his vehicle. Moloko was amazing. Arranged the ambulance in record time, insisting his life was more valuable than the car and his work tools. She spoke to and approved the tow-truck and kept me on the line and informed all the time. She then called my SIL and made sure he was fine, and called me later to check that he was safe, his tools were safe, and she was handing over at the end of her shift, and needed to know all was ok. Her level of care and professionalism is commendable. Thank you Moloko for turning a nightmare into a manageable time.
