Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist

Extremely impressed by Discovery Insure's service this morning. I noticed a flat tyre on my car just as I was about to leave for work this morning. As woman alone, I had absolutely no idea what to do or how to even look for my spare tyre. Called Discovery Insure, someone answered within a few seconds (which is rare for call centre's these days), the lady that helped me was Moloko Mathabathe, and she was so calm and told me exactly what was going to happen next. Within 10 minutes, the tow truck arrived at my house, who was also extremely helpful and nice. He managed to fill my tyre with enough air to get me to a tyre shop and he followed me all the way there to make sure that I was safe. He got out of the car and told the guys at the tyre shop exactly what was wrong with my tyres and what to do (I would never have known what to even say). Moloko Mathabathe from Discovery called me three times within that hour to make sure that I was safe and okay. Found my flat tyre at 08:00 and was back at work at 09:30. Thank you very much Discovery! Your premiums are worth every penny!
