Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist

I woke up to a dead car battery, and wasn't sure if I could get a call out to my home to assist as I only recently joined Discovery Insure. I requested a call back from Discovery Insure via the emergency assist button on the app, and within a minute was called by Nichal Hemraj, who explained to me what my policy entitled and called a tow truck, who got my car up and running quickly. Nichal was great, and kept me calm and up to date every step of the process. Extremely happy with my assistance.
