Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist
I phoned in for roadside assistance because I got stuck in mud as a result of heavy rain. Nomfundo Baloyi was a very friendly consultant and dispatched help immediately. She phoned me back to inform about the waiting time and about two hours later phoned back again to check whether I am sorted. I am happy with a prompt and friendly service. Thank you.
