Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist

I wanted to kick my self, if only I could reach........ I locked my keys in the car and I have no spare key. I did not know what to do so I called Discovery Emergency Assist / Roadside Assist. A gentleman by the name of Dean Gounden answered the phone. He calmed me down immediately and assured me that he would help. He arranged for a locksmith to unlock my vehicle.

What a fantastic experience dealing with Discovery and especially Dean. He even followed up if I was happy with the service from the locksmith.
