Dean Gounden took my call today, he not only swiftly and efficiently attended to my need for a tow truck, but he followed through with quite a few calls to ensure that the truck had arrived, that the car was safely on its way and when I mentioned that the tow truck driver did not leave any documentation with me, he called the company and made sure that the driver returned with a copy of the paperwork.
