Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist

Best experience so far that I have received from Discovery Insure. Dean Gounden assisted on an Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist call where my battery on my car had failed out of the blue and I had urgent matters to attend. I was extremely worried on how Discovery was to attend this call as my overall experience on claims since inception of my insurance has been awful (to say the least). Dean was professional and courteous. He called when he said he would, gave me good advice and took his time on his calls to me in order to make sure that I was ok. Thanks Dean.
